About the event
Regular exercise is linked to many healthy benefits which impact your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Studies have also shown that exercise is a powerful tool in reducing your risk of cancer or risk of cancer re-occurence.
The first 10 attendees will also receive a free yoga mat.
Yoga mats will be socially distanced and attendees will be required to wear a face mask at all times. Please do not attend if you are feeling sick or have been exposed to someone who has ,or who may have, Covid.
