wig program
Our wig program provides free new wigs to breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment that causes them to loose their hair. We created this program in order to provide comfort and normalcy during a difficult time.

Breast cancer patients needing a free wig may apply below. Once approved, the patient goes to one of our partnering wig shops, picks out her perfect wig, and Check for a Lump pays the bill up to $300.

Arizona breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy may apply to receive a free wig. As of December 31st 2024, we have provided over 2,500 wigs.
Thank you for your interest in our program. We are committed to approving as many applicants as possible within the constraints of our current funding.

How it works:
1. Clients apply online
2. Get approval via call or email
3. Book wig fitting appointment at one of our approved wig shops
4. Select a wig of choice up to $300 and Check for a Lump pays the bill

Assistance can also be found through Wigged Out, another local wig assistance nonprofit.
