With October behind us, we are filled with gratitude for the incredible outpouring of support during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. With over 35 different groups fundraising for Check for a Lump, this October has been one for the books! Whether it was a single-day event, a week-long effort, or an entire month of dedication, your commitment has made a lasting impact on our mission.
From dinner nights and donation drives to fitness classes and Pink Patch sales hosted by the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office and the Peoria Police Department, the variety of fundraisers this year was inspiring. Schools, clubs, local businesses, and individuals all came together in creative and meaningful ways to support the breast cancer community.
We know that organizing a fundraiser takes time, energy, and a whole lot of heart, and we are truly grateful for every single person and group who stepped up to make a difference. Your efforts not only help us continue to provide free breast health education, mammograms and diagnostic testing, wigs, and support, but also remind the community that they are not alone in their fight.
With your support, Check for a Lump is empowered to keep making an impact, one fundraiser and one step at a time. Thank you for standing with us and for the countless ways you showed up this October. Together, we are stronger, bolder, and unstoppable in the fight against breast cancer. 💕
